The Photographer

Hello, My name is Jeff Davidson, I have lived in the San Diego area all my life. Currently residing in Santee for the past 17 years with my wife and 3 kids. I have been involved with photography off and on since high school but have been hardcore for the past 8 years.

Started shooting my son playing little league when I decided to take it to the next level and make it a business. Staying in the community I have been shooting local little leagues, football leagues and basketball tournaments since, providing parents with quality photographs of their kids in action!

Couple years ago I have also expanded into custom portrait photography and (limited) wedding photography. Not only on locations but in my new studio located in Santee. I provide portraits from maternity to intimate, infants to seniors, just about anything you can think of... My private studio provides us with the privacy and piece of mind to take the time to get the image right, that mall studios can not provide. It also allows me to be creative where your imagination is the limit.

My biggest thing is keeping it on a personal level. Through out the whole process you are always dealing with me. In the first meeting when we discuss your ideas, to the actual photo session. Right on through the image processing it is always me and never handed off to another.

What custom photography ultimately is all about is choice and experience (as in THE experience). Custom photography is about finding someone who will photograph you and your family, give you devoted 1:1 attention without worry about the next ‘in line’ or the feeling of a crowded portrait studio. A custom photographer will typically show you a fairly extensive gallery culled to only show the good images that meet the photographers’ creative sensibilities. Taking the time to design the portrait to you and your desires. Often the images are fully edited images-color corrected with blemishes and undereye circles removed. Custom photographers are also known as boutique studios, offering a range of products and unparalleled service. Think Lexus vs. Hyundai, think Nordstrom vs. WalMart.
